Joy worked at Envisioning Hope Counseling Services LLC in the capacity of Social Worker. She has worked as a Behavioral Aide at CareMore Counseling Center LLC. She has also worked with at risk teens and children with EBD (emotional behavioral disorders). She has a passion to serve and uplift those in need.

Tarmara Holder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Master Addiction Counselor who provides a holistic approach to therapy, as well as, specializes with an emphasis upon treating patients with psychosomatic and stress-related conditions, offering adjustment counseling, substance related disorders treatment, and behavioral interventions. Ms. Holder provides counseling to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing individual, family, and group treatment modalities. Ms. Holder has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including crisis intervention, telemental health services, support coordination services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and inpatient stabilization mental health services.

Dr. Tyrone Gonder, Ed.D., LPC

Dr. Gonder is a doctorate level licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families. With a background in professional school counseling, he is experienced in working with a diverse clientele coping with a variety of challenges that can be improved through right guidance and the development of specialized skills. He is a certified DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) therapist and dialectical skills group facilitator which focuses on mindfulness and building skills that help manage intense emotions, get out of self-destructive patterns, and work on important relationships in your life.
Whether through an individual, group or telemental health setting, Dr. Gonder’s goal is to help you identify thoughts and beliefs that continue to hold you back. At the same time, opportunities are provided to learn effective skills to counter non-productive thoughts and behaviors and make meaningful decisions that can produce positive changes in your life.

Taylor is a native of Vidalia, Ga area. She is a masters-level clinician, working towards full licensure. She is under the supervision of Clifford Hamiliton. She earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Psychology from Valdosta State University. Taylor enjoys working with the children and adolescent population, but has experience in all ages. Her experience varies from individual, couples, and group counseling. Her theoretical approach for counseling is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, however, she utilizes a variety of approaches to fit the individual needs of her clients. She has received training in Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, TF-CBT, and telemental health counseling. Taylor is excited to serve her local community and play a role in bettering the lives of those affected by mental health.

Sylvia Womack is a Master's Level Social Worker with over twenty-five years of
experience dedicated to helping clients from various cultural, ethnic, and diverse
backgrounds. With a rich blend of administrative and clinical expertise, Sylvia has
honed her skills in case management, proving herself to be an adept and
compassionate case manager.
Sylvia's journey in social work began while she worked with at-risk youth in the foster
care system. This pivotal experience shaped her understanding and commitment to
supporting vulnerable populations. During this period, she earned both her Bachelor's
and Master's degrees in Social Work, solidifying her academic foundation and practical
knowledge.
A hard-working team player and leader, Sylvia is known for her strong work ethic and
unwavering loyalty to her clients and agency. She approaches her work with a client-
centered perspective, always ensuring that individuals are treated with the dignity and
respect they deserve.

Alesha Elbert works as a therapist for CareMore Counseling Center LLC. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at Georgia Southern University and a Master’s of Education for School Counseling from Fort Valley State University. She has worked in different settings providing services for children on the spectrum, at-risk students and families, and creating individualized plans to help support the whole child. She genuinely loves to help children and adults find their voice and advocate for their needs.

Miranda Wilson, Ed.S., CCC-SLP

Miranda Wilson is a native of Hancock County and comes with over twenty years of experience in public education. As a former classroom teacher, instructional specialist, and school district administrator, Ms. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Fort Valley State University before matriculating at Georgia College & State University where she received a Masters of Arts in Middle Grades Education and a Specialists degree in Educational Leadership. In 2010, Ms. Wilson obtained her Masters in Science from the University of West Georgia in Speech Language Pathology, leveraging her expertise in literacy and writing to strengthen her craft as a speech and language expert. Ms. Wilson holds Clinical Competence Certification through the American Speech- Language-Hearing Association and has experience in both school districts and the medical field. Ms. Wilson is a knowledgeable and ambitious professional who enjoys serving a diverse population of clients from infancy to geriatrics once diagnosed with cognitive, swallowing, voice, articulation, and language deficits. When she is not working, Ms. Wilson can be found traveling, shopping, cooking, and spending time with her closest family and friends.

Vanessa is a proud graduate of Troy State University where she received a Master's of Education
in Psychology and Counseling. She is also graduated from Georgia College and State
University and received my Bachelor of Science with a duo degree in Sociology
and Criminal Justice. Vanessa has more than 20 years of experience working with
children of all ages and their parents whose children have been taken into DFCS
custody, as well as adults who are dealing with Mental Health and/or Substance
Abuse problems. Presently, Vanessa has been working with children who have behavior
problems and is pursuing her CACII.
